About Sustudio
Sustudio is no ordinary studio. It's a conscious wellbeing space located in Canford Cliffs offering over 70 classes every week across Yoga, Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Barre, HIIT and more.
The studio was specifically created so that people from all walks of life could access the best teachers in an inspiring environment. We look forward to welcoming you.
Our Classes

Yoga Classes
We offer a variety of yoga classes for all levels of ability, including Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Men's Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Superhero strength clasases for children and more.

Pilates Classes
Our classes are taught by extremely experienced teachers and cater to all abilities. Many of our Pilates teachers are Physiotherapists too, so classes are tailored to your specific needs.

Reformer Classes
Reformer Pilates is an extremely effective way of strengthening and mobilising the body with minimal impact on the joints. It's beneficial for any age group and we offer private sessions or intimate group sessions using our four Allegra 2 machines.

A beautiful class, Sabrina has such a caring intuitive way with so much healing energy experienced. I really enjoy this class. My body was stiff prior to class and feels wonderful, light and at ease now. I think Iām going to sleep well tonight. ;)
